What the marketplace charged you for leads you could not take
The marketplace bills you for a lead whether or not it is your trade and your area. This figure is the part that was neither: spam, work you do not offer, or an address outside your service area.
It is the one number here you cannot get anywhere else — the marketplace has no reason to show it, and counting it by hand across a month is not realistic.
A number that keeps growing usually means a setting on the marketplace side, not ours: your categories are too broad, or your service radius is wider than the work you actually take.
How fast the first reply went out
Typical is the middle of your replies. Slowest is the worst one in the period, and it is shown next to typical on purpose: a customer experiences their own case, not your average, and one slow reply loses one job.
A slowest time far above typical usually points at quiet hours or a paused business rather than at the AI.
When the bot stayed quiet, and why
Every silence is recorded with its reason, and this table adds them up. A reason that repeats is usually a setting worth changing rather than a fault.
Reply limit reached, over and over, means the limit is lower than your conversations need. Quiet hours, over and over, means your customers write when you have told us not to answer.
